Month to month contract
If you already have a business number you can contact your current telephone provider to get them to set-up a divert. This can be easily turned on / off by you so you can still answer your own calls when required.
Most messages are passed by email free of charge. However we can send you a text message or transfer calls through for a small charge.
No. Calls under 20 seconds will always be free of charge, reducing unwelcome calls. If we have passed a message which has been a sales call we can provide you with a refund.
You are not committed long term. Month-to-month billing allows you to cancel at any time. Sending us an email is the easiest way to do this.
Your Invoice will be sent by email to you in advance each month, any additional call charges will be invoiced in arrears. Payment will be taken from the card you registered with us 3 days after the invoice.
We would normally collect the caller’s name, the company they are calling from, a contact number and who they are looking to speak with along with a short message. If more information is required then contact us to discuss our pay per minute plan will cover your needs.
Your calls will get answered by our team from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside these hours we can divert your calls to a voicemail. Any messages left
No matter what area code or national number you require we can provide it for you. If you require an 0800, 0207, or 0208 number then there may be an additional charge. Contact us to discuss which number would best suit you.
